There are still  35 places  available

  2. We will send the product to you for free;

What is Motion Free?

Motion Free is a cream that you can apply to the skin. Motion Free contains a number of ingredients that ensure that the joints are heated. This relieves swelling and reduces pain. It is also said to help repair the joints and ligaments.

Motion Free comes in a tube with 65 ml of cream. It consists entirely of natural ingredients, including allantoin, argan oil and menthol. The tool is easy to use. You apply it 2-3 a day on the dry skin in the place where you suffer from the joints. You slowly rub the cream into the skin until it is completely absorbed. It is important that you do not rinse the skin until 1 hour after you have applied the cream.

Who is Motion Free suitable for?

We all suffer from joint pain from time to time, so everyone can use the cream from time to time. Keep in mind that there is alcohol in the cream and that you can suffer from skin irritation.

Is Motion Free effective?

To test the cream is effective, we have given the cream to ten people who suffer from their joints. Our panel of participants ranged from a sports instructor to people who had joint problems as a result of being overweight. All participants applied the cream to the skin around the joint they suffered from for a month.

The participants found it to be an easy to apply balm. They experience a warm sensation after applying the balm to the skin. The participants all find this a beneficial experience. None of the participants experienced any kind of irritation.

In order to compare two similar resources, I have made the table below:

However, the effect on the pain symptoms is not that strong. Two more athletic participants (one of them was the fitness instructor) noticed a significant improvement in their complaints. These complaints may have simply been injuries that have healed slowly. The other participants who had more chronic complaints sometimes showed a slight to moderate improvement. If improvements were noticeable, it was especially in joints that are closer to the surface of the skin. Think of the fingers or the knees. No effect was noticed in participants suffering from, for example, back complaints.

After the test, only the sports instructor indicated that they would use Motion Free if she would get Pain again. The other participants would not buy the product with their own money.

The science

Science backs up the results of our trial. Studies have shown that rubbing the skin with creams containing, among other things, menthol does not have any positive effect on complaints to the muscles or joints ( source ).

The ingredient allantoin is widely used in cosmetics, but the effect of the ingredient is limited to the skin. Research in rats has shown that wounds heal better when they are treated with allantoin ( source ).

The only ingredient that can explain the light to moderate effect of Motion Free is Argan oil ( source ). This ingredient can be used to treat certain problems at the knee joint. It may also explain why only the complaints of superficial joints are relieved.

What does Motion Free cost and Where can I buy it?

A tube costs €49 if you order it online through the official website. One bottle contains 65ml. How long you use a vial depends on the size of the area to be treated. Watch out for counterfeit products that are sold through boll!

Motion Free for sale at Kruidvat

At the moment, Motion Free Joint Gel is only available online and unfortunately not at drugstore chains such as Kruidvat, Trekpleister and Etos.

Motion Free Ingredients

The joint balm consists exclusively of active ingredients of vegetable herbs and has no allergic reaction or side effects. The main ingredients of Motion Free are:

Cedarwood Oil

Cedarwood essential oil has long been used as a medicine in Ayurvedic and Tibetan culture. Motion Free makes good use of cedarwood essential oil and can relieve joint pain

Propolis

Propolis may relieve or even cure joint pain and osteoarthritis, according to two separate studies. The first study was published in the scientific magazine “Journal of Venom and Animal Toxins” ( 1 ). The second study was conducted by the University in Seoul. This showed that the extract of propolis had an important anti-inflammatory effect on both chronic and acute inflammation.

Olive Oil

Several scientific studies on the relationship between extra virgin olive oil and inflammation have shown that olive oil contains a compound called oleocanthal that has an anti-inflammatory effect.

A study published in the  Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry in 2015 looked specifically at the benefits of oleocanthal for rheumatoid arthritis. Researchers found that this compound had a significant impact not only on chronic inflammation but also on acute inflammatory processes.

Advantages

Motion Free appears to provide relief from injuries to joints that are reasonably on the surface. Think of the knees, wrists or fingers.

Cons

It does not penetrate deeply enough to make the pain in some joints more bearable. Do you suffer from, for example, your back? Then you better look for other ways to relieve the pain.

Conclusion

Motion Free helps a lot if you suffer from an injury. Some people can benefit a lot from this. A balanced formula of completely natural ingredients has been carefully composed. Motion Free can make your life a lot more pleasant again. In the case of more chronic complaints of the joints, or with back complaints, the drug also has a relieving effect in many cases. Motion Free does give a pleasant warm sensation on the skin.
